This is the ICM 1/48 MkIX Spitfire. I would suggest it is the best model I have built to date. It was a lot of work, but well worth the effort.

Superb modelling. I am about to start this exact kit, in the RAF desert scheme. I hope to get it as accurate as yours, but I am only recently returning to the hobby and have a lot to learn!
I hope your model turns out well. It is a good model to build. I would be interested to see your one when it's finished. I find this hobby quite addictive, as i'm sure you can see by the amount I build.
